Bloomington, Minn.-based United Bankers’ Bank promoted Jennifer Brown to senior vice president, chief human resources officer.
Brown has been a major part of UBB’s HR department since she joined the firm in 2013. Brown was most recently HR coordinator and in 401K administration for Minneapolis-based US Bank.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in HR management from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
“Jennifer has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and an unwavering commitment to UBB’s mission and core values,” said UBB President and CEO Dwight Larsen.
