Kansas City, Mo.-based UMB Bank is acquiring community bank business management consultant Hybarger & Associates.
Hybarger, which has locations in Dallas, Houston and Kansas City, provides financial consulting throughout the Midwest. The firm offers interest rate risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting, bond analytics and market tracking, and liquidity and capital analysis.
The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of this year. Hybarger Principal Owner Lance Caldwell and a team of associates will join UMB’s existing financial services group within the Capital Markets Division to attract new business.
