Waukesha State Bank announces four promotions

Wisconsin-based Waukesha State Bank promoted Stephanie Ohlfs to senior vice president, Heather Congemi to vice president and Amber Moore and Mirjam Conigliaro to bank officers. 

Ohlfs has nearly 20 years of community bank marketing experience, starting her career with Waukesha State Bank a decade ago as marketing director. She was promoted to vice president three years later. Ohlfs has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Congemi’s career began at Waukesha State Bank as a teller in 1985. She’s been promoted multiple times since, most recently to assistant vice president in 2014. She will continue to oversee retail lending at the bank. 

A fraud investigations manager, Moore joined Waukesha State Bank as a teller in 2011 and has been promoted to a variety of roles ever since. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Conigliaro, who in her new role will continue managing the daily operations of the electronic banking department, joined Waukesha State Bank as electronic banking manager in 2017 and has more than 20 years of banking experience. Conigliaro has an associate’s degree in baking from the Center for Financial Training in Pattonville, Germany, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the former Cardinal Stritch University, Fox Point, Wis.
