Waukesha State Bank announces two promotions

Wisconsin-based Waukesha State Bank promoted Dan Flood to vice president-commercial banking officer and Yer Yang to assistant vice president-assistant credit officer.

Flood joined Waukesha State Bank in 2017 as a credit analyst/portfolio manager in commercial banking. He was promoted to commercial banker in 2019 and to AVP in 2022. Flood has a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

“Dan’s promotion is well deserved and reflective of his contributions to the community and Waukesha State Bank’s commercial banking success,” said Waukesha State Bank Commercial Banking Manager Tony Laszewski.

Yang, who has nearly 20 years of financial experience, has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She joined Waukesha State Bank in 2016 as a mortgage lending underwriter. Yang was most recently promoted to AVP in 2020.

“Yer has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing her skillset,” said Senior Vice President-Chief Credit Officer Tina Neis. “This promotion is well-deserved and reflective of Yer’s extensive experience in both mortgage and commercial banking.”
