Waukesha, Wis.-based Waukesha State Bank added Andy Gutierrez to its board of directors.
Gutierrez, CFO of Waukesha-based ProHealth Care, Inc., has nearly two decades of financial experience. ProHealth Care is the parent company of both Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.
Gutierrez has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting from Milwaukee-based Marquette University and an MBA from Waukesha-based Carroll University.
