Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management relocates

Wisconsin-based Waukesha State Bank’s Wealth Management and Prairie Trust divisions are celebrating 50 years this year. During the anniversary, Wealth Management is relocating its headquarters from Oconomowoc to Waukesha, while Prairie Trust is expanding into Dane County with 3,227 square feet of leased office space in Madison.

Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management will offer retirement planning services, investment management, private banking, trust services and estate planning from its new headquarters. The building, built in the early 2000s, has a more than 8,000-square-foot main floor and 736 square feet of space on the second floor.

Remodeling is underway on the Madison building, and the revamped office is expected to open in the second quarter of this year. An open house will take place this summer.  A celebration of the Wealth Management relocation will take place April 26 in an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring department leaders and staff along with local dignitaries and business and government officials.

Victor Schultz, Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management president and chief fiduciary officer, said the move “will allow us options for future growth.” Over the last 50 years, Wealth Management has grown to include 25 full-time employees and more than $1 billion in assets under administration.
