Wisconsin bank promotes 10 employees

      Fond du Lac, Wis.-based National Exchange Bank & Trust announced 10 promotions:

  • Bob Benzinger to senior vice president of retail banking. Benzinger joined the bank in 2017 as a loan project officer with a decade of experience in the financial industry. He has a degree in business finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
  • Deanna Respalje to VP of retail loan operations. Respalje joined the bank as a credit analyst in 2003 and held several other positions before her promotion to AVP of retail loan operations in 2019. Respalje has a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance and a master’s degree in organizational leadership and quality from Marian University, Fond du Lac.   
  • Kari De Smith, Stephanie Fell and Molly Gilbertson to operations officers.

De Smith joined the bank in 2015 as a teller/customer service representative, and in 2021 was named operations manager in Cedar Grove, Wis. Fell has worked at the bank since 2015 and was promoted to operations manager in 2020. Gilbertson joined the bank as an operations manager in 2021.

  • Bryant Greenfield to assistant vice president/ regional operations leader. Greenfield joined the bank as an operations officer in 2015, and was promoted to regional operations leader/officer in 2022. 
  • Brooke Haen to benefits officer. Haen joined the bank in 2019 as a benefits manager.  
  • Dan Repinski to Bank Secrecy Act officer. Repinski was hired last year as a BSA team leader.
  • Brandi Surprise to commercial loan operations officer. Surprise joined the bank’s loan services department in 1993.
  • Alec Thiessen to correspondent credit officer. Thiessen joined the bank as a credit analyst in 2017.
