Aron McDonald joined Marinette, Wis.-based Stephenson National Bank & Trust as head of wealth management.
A senior vice president, McDonald has more than 28 years of wealth management experience and was most recently an executive for Busey Bank in Peoria, Ill. He graduated from Millikin University, Decatur, Ill., with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
McDonald, who has several professional certifications, also graduated from the Cannon Financial Institute Trust Schools, Cannon Financial Institute Comprehensive Wealth Management School and American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
