Wisconsin bank to open branch

Community State Bank, Union Grove, Wis., will open a new branch in Kenosha, Wis.

“Our Kenosha branch is unique in that we will be one of the few true community banks in the area,” said Market President Robert Pieroni, who will lead the CSB Kenosha banking team, alongside Assistant Vice President Laura Burnett Shoemaker.

Shoemaker said a priority of the new branch is to provide local business owners with the tools they need to be successful.

The office is designed to have an open floor and plenty of collaboration space. The branch will have a full-service teller line, a drive-thru, night and safe deposit boxes, and a meeting room available free to the community by appointment.

“CSB has the technology that business owners are looking for and we also offer that personal face-to-face service that so many are missing at their current financial institution. We’re here to help and be your guide when you need one,” the assistant vice president said.

“There are so many benefits available to local business owners and organizations when banking with a locally serviced community bank and I’m eager to share that with my community,” Pieroni said.

The branch will focus on developing commercial banking, consumer lending, deposit growth and mortgages.

“CSB has been a part of Western Kenosha County for almost two decades. There’s so much potential and need for a community bank in the eastern region and I’m really excited we have the opportunity to explore that,” said bank President and CEO Scott Duedepohl.
