Mike Gintner joined Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First as vice president of agricultural banking.
A former financial officer at Compeer Financial, Gintner has 18 years of ag-based experience. He will be focused on helping the bank expand in northwest Wisconsin while forming ag-based relationships throughout the state.
Gintner has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
