Horicon, Wis.-based Horicon Bank appointed Dr. George Koonce to its board of directors.
Koonce, senior vice president of university relations for Fond du Lac, Wis.-based Marian University, played a crucial role in creating the university’s first interdisciplinary studies degree for underprivileged students. A former professional football player, Koonce is also a board member for the Green Bay Packers, The Nature Conservancy and Ascension Healthcare.
