Wisconsin’s North Shore Bank hires two executives

Brookfield, Wis.-based North Shore Bank expanded its commercial and business banking team by hiring Julie Macaluso as vice president of treasury solutions sales and Jack Walden as VP senior lender commercial banking. 

Both bankers have much experience in the industry. Macaluso has worked for more than 15 years in a treasury role. Walden has worked at Wisconsin financial institutions for more than 20 years. 

“We’ve seen fantastic growth from our business and commercial banking teams this year,” said Senior Vice President Margaret Capper. “We’re thrilled to have Julie and Jack join the bank as they bring their vast experience and dedication to complement our strong existing teams.”

The $2.6 billion bank also announced several promotions, including Tim Effertz to VP, product and implementation manager; Cheri Cicona-Trudell to VP, treasury solutions sales manager; and Maria Baumer to assistant vice president, area manager/business relationship specialist.
