Madison, Wis.-based Park Bank named Ken Lammersfeld CEO and Josh Marron president and chief banking officer.
A community banker with 45 years of experience in northeast Wisconsin, Lammersfeld joined Park Bank seven years ago as senior vice president of retail banking. He was promoted to chief operating officer in early 2022.
“As the new CEO, I am honored to lead Park Bank into the future, building upon the strong foundation laid by my predecessor and continuing our commitment of service to our clients, associates and the greater Dane County community,” Lammersfeld said.
First hired as a business banking executive in 2016, Marron was named chief banking officer in early 2022. He has more than 20 years of community banking experience.
“I want to express my appreciation to the board for its confidence in me as I step into this role,” Marron added. “I’m grateful and excited to have the opportunity to work with our talented leadership team and associates across the organization.”
