United Prairie Bank adds four board members

Mankato, Minn.-based United Prairie Bank expanded the company’s board of directors to include four new members, including Emily Sieberg, Tim Malecha, Sara Mikuta and Scott Miller.

Sieberg is the third generation of the Sneer family to be involved in the company since her grandfather, James G. Sneer founded United Prairie Bank in 1973. Sieberg’s father, Stuart J. Sneer, recently retired from the board after nearly four decades. Sieberg has a decade of experience at the bank, most recently as a relationship manager in the Mankato branch. 

Malecha recently retired from CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, where he was a tax adviser for the bank. Mikuta has 42 years of financial institution experience in the Chicago region focusing on financial/operational reviews, enterprise risk management and internal audit/controls. Miller, a partner at Miller, Lee & Associates, has four decades of financial institution experience.
