Wisconsin’s Horicon Bank promotes five bankers

Wisconsin-based Horicon Bank promoted five employees, including: 

  • Terry O’Connor to executive vice president. O’Connor began his career at the bank in 1998 as vice president of agricultural/ business lender. 
  • Brenda Nelson to senior vice president. She joined Horicon Bank in 1992 as an assistant credit analyst. During her tenure, Nelson has developed the bank’s credit analyst and commercial processing departments. 
  • Cassie Voight to vice president. She started her career at the bank as a teller in 2002. 
  • Kailey Bauer and Tim Cook to officers. Bauer joined the bank 15 years ago as a student teller and has been promoted multiple times since. Cook joined the bank two years ago on the treasury and commercial payments solutions support team.
